Bugger me Nigel’s email came out of the blue and now only 60 days to expo. Must confess I was close to suffering a serious sense of Humour failure regarding a flippant
VAG post, paranoia was working full time thinking that my entry was unwanted/of too poor a standard/forgotten still took my own best advice and did nothing for a while until my own reason returned.
Been chipping away at small things and generally getting no where in particular but very satisfying from a leisure hobby point of view
Small detail mainly posted to gain some opinions I know the balance weight is missing but not sure as to where or size of it apologies for the hair well it is 2mm modelling after all

Looks like a point lever to me, 12-15 mm long maybe! Whose etch is it, one of Bernard Taylor's?

you win the prize it is indeed a points lever fabricated from a mix of the point cranks etch and a wagons brake lever
I'm informed its too big for the protype so watch out for MkII
